This article demonstrates an economic and mathematical model for determining prices and supply of goods between regions. Linear regional ratios of supply and demand are introduced, and based on an economic and mathematical model for determining the prices of the transported goods and its volume, a quadratic programming problem is formulated. The article also shows the possibility of using the presented model to obtain the optimal distribution and determination of water prices in the context of a regulated water supply in the river basin.
