The case report is given of management and use long-term ECG telemonitoring (TM) in 16 years’ athlete with ventricular arrhythmias (VAs). Since 2014 asymptomatic, not exercise-induced VAs have been registered. The athlete denied the relathinship between arrhythmias and any infection, and a family history of sudden death. Since 2014, the number of VAs has not changed significantly. From 2017 to 2018 years the number of VAs ranged from 1245 to 5240 per day. There were also detected single VAs of other morphology, monomorphic ventricular couplets and nonsustained ventricular tachycardia (3 beats). The results of the medical examination have not changed. The athlete was allowed to continue participation in the training programs under the control of the ECG TM. The number of VAs ranged from 0 to 79 per day (during 8 days). VAs were single, asymptomatic, and polymorphic. The athlete was allowed to continue participation in professional sport. The number of VAs can not be the main criterion in the decision to admit
