Effect of Long-Term Cycling on Impedance Spectra of LiMn2O4-Electrodes

Electrochemical properties and kinetic parameters of LiMn2O4 electrodes with different binders were investigated. We used such binders as eco-friendly water-based conductive combined binder poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): polystyrenesulfonate with carboxymethylcellulose (PEDOT:PSS/CMC) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) dissolved in N-methylpyrrolidinone (NMP). Effect of long-term cycling on the kinetic parameters was investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).
