The theme of my PhD Thesis is Late Pleistocene - Holocene stages and conditions of valleys development in Nordenskiöld Land (Spitsbergen Island). The study is focused on the complex investigation of quaternary sediments and relief of a central part of Spitsbergen Island. The reconstruction of the study region history will be carried out by using the material that has been taken during the research on the Svalbard archipelago as a part of the Russian Arctic expedition during the period 2017-2020, that the author took part in.
